This platform is for examination preparation and general legal education. It does not provide legal advice, create an advocate-client relationship, or replace professional advice on a specific matter.

2. Verification is mandatory

Laws, rules, notifications, syllabi, answer keys and judgments may be amended, withdrawn, overruled or updated. Users must verify important material from the linked official portals, including India Code, the Legislative Department, Bar Council of India/AIBE and Supreme Court of India, before examination or professional reliance.

3. Questions and previous papers

Only files expressly labelled as linked question-paper PDFs are external paper copies. Other edition-tagged questions are original practice material prepared from the syllabus and source references; they are not represented as verbatim official previous-year papers.

4. External resources and ownership

External statutes, rules, judgments, syllabi, papers and logos remain subject to the rights, terms and notices of their respective public authorities or owners. This platform primarily links to official resources and does not claim ownership over external documents.

5. Access plans

Free access lasts once for 30 minutes from first successful login. Full access is ₹500 for 6 months from the administrator-assigned start date. Unlimited access has no assigned expiry. Access may be suspended for misuse, sharing, copying, resale, attacks or unlawful activity.

6. No result guarantee

Reasonable care is taken in organising study material, but no guarantee is made regarding completeness, uninterrupted availability, examination result, professional outcome or fitness for a particular legal purpose.

7. Account and privacy

Email is the permanent login identifier and cannot be edited inside the app. Account, profile, plan, expiry and security flags are stored in Supabase. Study progress and notes are normally stored in the current browser unless exported.

8. Liability and applicable rights

Use is at the user’s own study risk. Nothing in this agreement excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. The agreement is governed by applicable Indian law.

4. பாதுகாக்கப்பட்ட PDF காட்சி

இலவச மற்றும் முழு சந்தா பயனர்களுக்கு PDF பதிவிறக்கம் அல்லது அச்சிடும் வசதி இல்லை. ஆவணங்கள் தனிப்பட்ட பாதுகாப்பான காட்சியில் மட்டும் காட்டப்படும். திரைப்பிடிப்பு அல்லது அனுமதியற்ற நகலெடுத்தல், பகிர்வு, மறுவிற்பனை தடைசெய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது.

5. அணுகல் திட்டங்கள்

இலவச அணுகல் முதல் வெற்றிகரமான உள்நுழைவிலிருந்து ஒருமுறை 30 நிமிடங்கள். முழு சந்தா ₹500க்கு 6 மாதங்கள். நிர்வாகி வழங்கும் காலவரையற்ற அணுகலுக்கு காலாவதி இல்லை.

6. பொறுப்பு

தேர்வு முடிவு, உள்ளடக்க முழுமை அல்லது இடையறாத சேவைக்கு உத்தரவாதம் இல்லை. சட்டப்படி விலக்க முடியாத நுகர்வோர் உரிமைகள் மற்றும் பொறுப்புகள் விலக்கப்படவில்லை.
